§1 Formation of the contract

The presentation of the goods in our online store is not a legally effective offer, but the customer makes a binding offer to purchase through his online order. We accept the purchase offer by explicit order confirmation by e-mail or by delivery of the ordered goods. An e-mail with which we only confirm receipt of the order is not yet a binding acceptance of the purchase offer.

§2 Payment

Our claims are due upon delivery of the goods to the customer and payable without deduction in euros via Paypal or Klarna.

The customer has the right to offset only if his counterclaim is legally established or undisputed. This offsetting prohibition does not apply to a counterclaim due to a defect that is based on the same contractual relationship as our claim. The customer is only authorized to exercise a right of retention insofar as his counterclaim is based on the same contractual relationship.

In cooperation with Klarna Bank AB (publ), Sveavägen 46, 111 34 Stockholm, Sweden, we offer the following payment options. In each case, payment is made to Klarna:

• Invoice: The payment term is 14 days from the date of dispatch of the goods/ticket/ or, in case of other services, the provision of the service. You can find the invoice terms here.
• Purchase by installments: With the financing service of Klarna you can pay your purchase flexibly in monthly installments of at least 1/24 of the total amount (but at least 6.95 EUR) or under the conditions otherwise specified in the checkout. The installment payment is due at the end of each month after Klarna sends a monthly invoice. • Immediately: your account will be debited immediately after you place your order.
• Credit card (Visa/ Mastercard)
• Direct debit: The debit will be made after the goods have been shipped. The timing will be communicated to you by e-mail.
• PayPal

The use of the payment methods invoice, installment purchase and direct debit requires a positive credit check. In this respect, we forward your data to Klarna for the purpose of address and credit assessment as part of the purchase initiation and processing of the purchase contract. §3 Prices

All prices given are final prices plus shipping costs.

§4 Delivery

We deliver exclusively within the European Union with DHL/Deutsche Post, UPS or Hermes.
A self-collection of the goods is not possible.

The delivery time is 2-5 business days, unless otherwise specified in the order.

We are entitled to partial deliveries - as far as reasonable for the customer - which we may invoice separately in each case.

§5 Shipping costs

All orders are delivered by default within Germany free shipping .

For all other delivery areas outside of Germany we charge a shipping fee of 9.95 €.

§6 Claims for defects

If the customer is a consumer, he has the statutory claims in the event of a defect.

If the customer is not a consumer, the following shall apply in addition:
The supplementary performance shall take place, at our discretion, by removal of the defect or new delivery.

§7 Right of withdrawal

Consumers have a fourteen-day right of withdrawal.

The right of withdrawal does not apply to contracts for the delivery of sealed goods that are not suitable for return for reasons of health protection or hygiene if their seal has been removed after delivery.

§8 Final provisions

If any provision of these terms and conditions is or becomes invalid, this shall not affect the validity of the remaining provisions.
